that's my favorite!! helps work any soreness out, from injection. plus, I believe it helps the AS get into your system better. instead of just sitting at the injection site. just my opinion though.
That's what I thought. But I was wondering if the lactic acid build up would adversely affect the AAS in some way. Any other thoughts?Quote:

i love the feeling of training a bodypart the day ive injected it,,,woow what a feeling and for me it kind of helps it dispurse better,,, id give it a go...but personal choice try it and find out
IMO I would work the area you shot the same day. I do it all the time.
I agree, the blood flow and pump you get helps disperse the compound I think ,I'm never quite as sore the day after when I do thisQuote:
