Should you work the bodypart you just injected?

    Hi,
Say if you just injected legs or gluts. Is it advisable to train legs on the same day? Anyone done this?

    Cheers
    S

that's my favorite!! helps work any soreness out, from injection. plus, I believe it helps the AS get into your system better. instead of just sitting at the injection site. just my opinion though.

That's what I thought. But I was wondering if the lactic acid build up would adversely affect the AAS in some way. Any other thoughts?

Sometimes this is true i believe. The last time i injected myself with test e in the glutes right before i did squats, i could barely walk right the next day.

I never do, in fact I hate doing it. But some guys do and really like it. Only way to know for sure is try it yourself.

IMO I would work the area you shot the same day. I do it all the time.

I agree, the blood flow and pump you get helps disperse the compound I think ,I'm never quite as sore the day after when I do this
