Should you work the bodypart you just injected?
Hi,
Say if you just injected legs or gluts. Is it advisable to train legs on the same day? Anyone done this?
Cheers

that's my favorite!! helps work any soreness out, from injection. plus, I believe it helps the AS get into your system better. instead of just sitting at the injection site. just my opinion though.

I never do, in fact I hate doing it. But some guys do and really like it. Only way to know for sure is try it yourself.

IMO I would work the area you shot the same day. I do it all the time.

Personally when I inject say delts and I work them out the same day, the delts are sore, but when I inject the delts and say workout legs, the following day my delts dont hurt @ all.
