    excel spreadsheet for cycle

hello all, its been a couple of years since i've visited, but last time i was here i downloaded a very useful tool that another member posted to one of the forums. it was an Excel spreadsheet that allowed me to enter several components of a stack, including pct components, which produced a sort of calandar-style planner, with the dosages for each component appearing on the specific dates of injection, so forth. is that file still floating around with anyone here? could someone send it to me? or have i overlooked it in the forums?
