Blood in syringe!

Whassup everyone, had something different happen to me this morning and just was wondering if I did something wrong or if this has happened to anyone before.

I took my weekly shot this morning and as everything went as usual. No out of the ordinary pain, I aspirated and got air and went about my normal procedure. However this time when I finished injecting and pulled the syringe out I noticed that there was a little bit of blood in the syringe. Anybody know what I did wrong or is this normal?

As long as you aspirated before pushing the plunger you should be fine. On occasion I would get a thick globule of blood that would run down my leg or delt after pulling out. Some of the other guys have had blood shoot across the room. You may have pierced a small artery on the way in and the pressure may have shot a little blood back up into the syrnge...that would be my guess but make sure the mods like Mike, IG, cyc. Orig. J and Ranger get a shot at answering this.

Probably went through a vein while going in...nothing to worry about

You should be fine. You didn't inject into a vein or anything.

I got blood twice like that...and this is my first week!! hehe, you're fine bro...at least when it happened to me, the only side effect is i went out and got some pooty-tang.:D

Nothing wrong with hiting a vein just take it out and push it in again or do what i do just push it in farther hehe
