Good old saying "if it sounds to good to be true... It probably is..."
Either way i've never seen it before however my experience is limited...

I buy nolva from TJ but I always choose to stick with the brand name, human grade stuff.
In about 5 years of using brand name, human grade stuff from TJ pharmacies I have had no problems.
I run into fakes when I use vet grade or generic stuff from TJ.
Not saying yours are fake, just advice based on my experience with TJ.
