hey guys just after some advice. Im doing 4 weeks dbol with nolva followed by 3 weeks deca to put a some size on. just a simple cycle not to expensive or complicated. however when i have done this i was thinking of doing 3 weeks of winny to get ripped. instead of injecting everyday tho i was just going to drink it (i heard this was ok with injectable winny cos its methylated???). anyway i just read some threads bashing winny so im having second thoughts now! any help would be great. cheers .

i personaly dont think your 4 weeks of dbol followed by 3 weeks of deca isnt a good idea like ARIV said its a waste!
number 1 its to short and 2 your taking the deca after the dbol wich doesnt make much sence. if you want to run a deca and dbol cycle i would do something like this, it would be alot more affective
week 1-10 deca 250mg twice a wk
week 1-4 dbol 35-40mg ed
if you want to thro sum winny in i would do it after the dbols and i dont know about the drinking of the winny iv never done it.

deca 400mg wks 1-11
thing is i dont really want to pack on too much size im only doing rugby specific exercises, now the season is starting again im doing a lot more cardio so i wanted to use the juice to keep size on and maybe increase a bit. i did deca alone for 8 weeks about 6 months ago and put on a stone it was crazy. so u reckon the cycle is too short? any suggestions? i dont wanna make the cycle too complicated either!!! thanks guys.
If you dont want to make things complicated then run test e by itself 500 mg wks 1-12 it will be alot harder to recover if you run deca by itself
For rugby where you need good cardio and a little more size I would go with anavar and prop or just anavar. This is sport specific what you are trying to do has nothing to do with bodybuilding right?
anavar being an oral, is it quite toxic on the liver? I'm also thinking of taking an anavar only cycle.
anavar is the least toxic of orals
3 weeks of deca is a waste of time and money IMO, keep it easier than your easy cycle, Test only.
decca should be run for atleast 12 weeks
well thats my opinion...i dont really feel it till weeks 6-10...i shot up 7 pounds week 7
so if i ran:
dbol weeks 1-4
deca weeks 4-11
so if i ran:
dbol weeks 1-4
deca for a peroid of weeks after
and perhaps sustanon or test throughout the cycle??
i wanna put on some size obviously but not too much and get a bit ripped at the end but not sure what AAS to use. thanks.
Again if this is sport speciific and not for body building and for sports where you need good cardio anavar will put a few pounds on and give you more strength. I wouldn't mess with the deca or sust if this is for sport only!
