how much and what kind of test are you taking
Anastrozole or better known a L-dex(liquidex) will help much better at decreasing estrogen related water retention. A dose of .25 mgs ED will do the trick.Quote:

Whats your diet like? Sodium intake when using test makes a huge difference where water retention is concerned. Otherwise, up the anti-E's.
i'm on test c & e. 650 mg/wk (test c 200mg, test 450 mg per inj) If the tamox doesnt help w/ water retention i'll just keep it at 10 mg ed. as far as my sodium goes...should i be taking in more or less? what kinda foods should i be eating? also this isnt a huge concern, i only have about 3 wks left in my cycle (11wks).Quote:
