    Results from T3/Clen

I have been doing a lot of research on a T3/clen cycle for about 2 months now in preparation for my cycle starting next month. The one thing I haven't gotten a clear picture of is how much weight someone can expect to drop from a 4 week run of clen and t3 given optimal diet and cardio. I know everybody is probably different but for those of you who have done it or know can you please tell me your total loss with it, whether in pounds lost or bodyfat % decrease.

When taking it after I just finished bulking it's not unusual for me to lose 20lbs in a month and a half with no muscle loss. The fat comes off quick providing you have a clean diet and you're working out hard.

I concur. Work out and you can keep the calories up as long as the diet is clean, the results will come. But for best results, go ahead and stretch that 4wks out, real benefit (both fat burning and slight anabolic ) comes after 6wks. See Hooker's Profile, he reccomends 6-12wks. It works quite well if you go the distance and use Benadryl.

    Two notes:
    1. Make sure you ramp up to a significant dose somewhere around 120mcgs for Clen , and between 50-100mcgs for T3.
    2. If you're not on an AAS, T3 will cause you to go catabolic.

1.There's no need to go above 100mcg on t3.
2.Even if you are on aas you have to make sure your protein levels are very high

Fat melts off very quickly at 100mcg. I wouldnt see the point in taking any more then that and risking losing muscle mass. If anything I would increase the clen dose to 160mcg.

You're right EJ, my mistake, I'm thinking Clen and writing T3.
I advise no more than 100mcgs, but would err on the side of caution around 75mcgs daily.
I'll edit the above post as well.

    Good catch bru.

That's in line w/what I have read/learned/absorbed from a few pro bb'ers and trainers that train the pro bb'ers. 150mcg's per day w/an impeccable diet does wonders. It's true that everyone differs, but you can have very good results with dosages over 100mcg's considering everything else is in order.

    magic32,

Thanks for the help. I have been doing a lot of reading about using these drugs (almost obssesively) so anything more is certainly welcome.

I have one question for everyone though, when you guys say "very high protein" what do you mean. Currently I'm on a regular cutting diet without any supps and I'm at around 1g protein/lb of bodyweight. While on t3 what is a good amount, 1.5x, 2x, more?

I think 2g. per lb of weight is the starting point.

So to get 2g per lb of weight, what kind of macro breakdown do you guys use, I'm considering 60/30/10 p/c/f.

I concur with EJ, 2gms is pretty standard. But this will be a problem for you, as your 1gm is illegitimate. You didn't answer my shake size question but, 8 is outrageous. What are you trying to do put the local GNC proprietor's kids through college? You have to employ the staples, chicken/turkey breasts, egg whites, tuna, lean steak and beef. I'd advise making this change first before starting Cytomel , you'll make natural gains that will impress you, and no doubt lose some bloat. Then begin the Cyt and boost the protein up again.

I'd go with 50/30/20. Lower carbs with good fats should suffice. I upped the fat because it takes more calories to burn the fat, hopefully this will help keep your body from burning protein for fuel.

I'm not really sure what you're referring to. What shake size question? I only have 1 protein shake a day after my workout and the rest of my meals are all chicken/turkey, eggs, tuna, and lean meat.

My answer is "as much as you want".

But ideally, the goal shouldn't be drop weight unless you're overweight. The actual goal should be to drop fat which, although there's some overlap, is very different.

Weight loss is simply water loss, and calorie deficit take in 3500 calories less in one week, 500 a day, and you lose one pound.

Fat loss has to do with coaxing fat into the mitochondria for burning. Cytomel does this quite well, so if you keep your clean calories up you'll only burn fat. If you increase your protein, and work out hard you'll have better lean muscle because Cytomel also optimizes raw materials, in this case protein absorption.
