i personally feel that 2iu's are a waste. the first time i ran gh i used 4iu's a day and had decent results but i never did under 6iu's a day since.

I would say it would be a waste. Each person reacts differently I guess. But I have been on Jinos for about 6 months. Gains are not unreal but I look pretty good. I started with 4 iu a day 5 on 2 off. Bumped it up to 5 iu a day and have seen decent results.

Here isthe deal, 2ius will maintain whatyou have and burn some fat thats all. at 4ius you start to see gains. so if you are only trying tomaintain what you have then 2iu is OK i fyou are trying to see gains then 2iu is NOT enough.

to see gains id use 4ius per day 5 on 2 off for at least 8-12months,split the dosage into twice a day 2ius per shot, the quality from hgh is excellent there are alot of more things to take inconsideration as to what your wanting from it, but if you going to use hgh 4ius per day is the way to go.,
ive done 2ius and can honestly say not much difference at all but when i went up to 4ius wow what quality gains muscle mass fat loss and just felt great,,amazing stuff but what are you hoping for from hgh?

    i don't think so...

2 is good.. working up to 3iu will be better..

the real benefit that you as a fighter will realize is the recovery of damaged tendons and ligaments.. the damage that your sport causes will be recovered, and your strength in the tendons and ligaments will be long lasting..

    can't remember the author but:

GH is probably the most remarkable drug at increasing collagen synthesis. It increases collagen syn in a dose dependant manner -- the more you use, the more you will increase collagen syn. It has also demonstrated this ability in short and long term studies. From what I've read, hGH at 6 iu/day increased the collagen deposition rate by around 250% in damaged collagen structures. This result indicates that the increased biomechanical strength of wounds to collagen structures treated with biosynthetic human growth hormone was produced by an increased deposition of collagen in the collagen structures.
