how do i use clen with ketotifen?

hi bros... i wonder how do i use clen with ketotifen so that i dont have to cycle it... might wanna use it for 4-5 weeks... and btw... is benadryl over the counter medicine? whats its active ingredients? im not frm america.. so i guess it will be under different brand name... thanks bros..

Use ketotifen every 3 weeks for one week if you use clen straight through.. See Hooker's clen profile in the profiles section.

Benadryl is an over the counter antihistamine.
