Well im about to do EQ next month for the first time, and i know that it can help increase indurance since it forms more red blood cells, which will also give you that "Pump" feeling/veiny
yes it does somewhat!look into winny also ,look at ben johnson.other then the stiff joints u might get .run like 100 mg od deca a week if thats the case.
