Repeat shoulder dislocation

Ive done a search and not found anything directly relating to my problem

After 5 shoulder dislocations I had an op and doc put in 4 anchors and tightend up the tendons.
I had a bankart lesion and compression fracture to shoulder bone.

All I want to know is how I can speed up recovery and minimise pain. I was told Deca would help but im sure there is better stuff out there. I also want to minimise fat gain if possible. Im 24, 6ft,M, healthy 84kg.
