I know this isn't a steroid but its a creatine pill but it says its patented for maximum absorbtion-does that mean i should take creatine with it or that the creatine in the pills absorbs better-also what would be a good thing to stack with these pills besides taking protein-Thanks a lot

But no, you don't have to stack creatine with the pills...they are creatine.
