dieselhead your wrong.. if you knew how to eat properly, train, and proper pct its not shit.. it may not be the best choice but it works.. you probably have never even used it just read from what a few 16 year olds said about it.. both of my good friends are on it at the moment.. one has just ended his pct.. still up 15 lbs and his strength is way up.. i used it last year and kept around 13 pounds with nice strength increases.. so i totally disagree with your statement

ive ran 4ad when i was a little younger and even though its not AS it does work nothing compared to AS but it did help me get over a hump that i couldnt get over when i was younger m1t my friend used to run and i wouldnt really recommend that ..ya you see results really fast almost like a dbol type.. but once off and actually on you are more depressed then anything i have ever seen and also weak you dont want to move almost as if you have mono my friend stop coming to the gym for awhile kinda sucked going solo with no spot.. and the M1t you dont keep really any gains compared to the 4ad
