    Second injection -help!

ok, It was only a few days ago when I posted about my first injection which went soooo easy. not any problems. Tuesday i had my second injection, in the other quad, and now its swollen from the injection site down to the knee, hurts, and feels like its hot to the touch, like when theres an infection. Has anyone had this problem before? Should I take some antibiotics? This sucks because the first one went soo well. Maybe the pain and stuff will pass with time? Any ideas or tips would be great. Thanks

might just be a disturbed nerve... or that lumpy feeling might just be the oil piled up. Try using a heating pad to see if it disburts the oil.

And make sure you swab before and after you inject and use a sterile pin and plunger to avoid infection.

Did you do all the clean steps? Make sure you had every thing clean? New pin? And all that goes along with it?

Yeah, I cleaned everything and even changed the pin after drawing. Thanks for the advise. I will try the heating pad and see if this helps.
