Vitargo CGL. It's a creatine product, but the best one out there for filling you out and upping your strength! Great cycle bridge. Stack with NO product like Recharge or Nitrix.

They will help you gain size and strength, but when used to bridge cycles they will help you keep your strength gains and help you hold onto the size gains. NO-Explode is a pre-workout supp in a diff category than te other two. The two I mentioned are the only things I'd spend my money on, and you could def use NO-Explode before you workout so you could stack the three of them.Quote:

maintaining/gaining muscle and strength while trying to reduce fat has always been tough for me when off cycle.
I know it sounds pretty basic but when I am off cycle I still maintain a clean diet and cardio, but I lower my weight and increase reps when lifting. my mind set is "cutting" so I don't dwell on the strength I lost from coming off.
i actualy gotta pretty lean on all that stuff & still got stronger... within in 2 wks be ready to be wanting to hump every girl u c!!!! all that natural test will b flowing!
I will look into these supplements. I am interested in Vitargo CGL mentioned by Jsick98, anyone else know anything about this. Good, great, or waste of money. Tell me which supplements you think are best for gaining on off cycle.
