What to buy in Bulgaria

I am off to Bulgaria. Wondering what stuff is worth buying there? Is it easy? Just go in a pharmacy and ask???

Puszy & grub bro...i dont suggest smuggling anything across boarders. There other people who take those risks just not worth it IMO.
