Female var question ?

This question is for my girlfriend she is a andvanced lifter/figur girl (kick boxing, cardio, poloties, and abs instructer) and has done 10 shows, and around 8 cycles. She has taken Deca, winnie, var, primo, clen, and T3. Personaly I think the deca, winnie, and primo is to harsh on her body (hair, acne, ect..) so Im wanting her to try a VAR only cycle (clen/t3 also) for her next show. I was thinking that 8 weeks at 30 mg ed of var would probly be better on her body than even 10 mg of winnie let alone her normal 100 mg Deca weekly, 20 mg winnie ed, + var and primo. Let me know what the highest amount of var you have taken or would sugjest for her on a var only cycle.

30mg/day is high for Var... Men start at 40mg sometimes.

Primo is not nearly as harsh as Winnie and Deca.

Var makes me breakout bad, along with a few other women I know.

If I were her I'd run Var and/or Primo before the others.. but you said she's run them all right?

I wouldn't personally go about 20mg/day of Var but I would work my way up to that... I wouldn't just start at 20mg/day.

What are her goals with AAS, to gain muscle or lean out? Var doesn't make me drop weight, I gain it, but in muscle...

Var hardly did anything for me, but I am sure it would have a effect on a female.

for women..

a recommended would be

1-2 5 mg per day
3-8 10mg per day

no pct...

watch for sides.. noteable will be an enlarged clit... which should return to normal after the cycle.. enlarged as in swollen all the time..

My girlfriend has a huge clit and no it dos'nt go back to normal and I dont know why you would want it to I love it. :wg:

Very true, my clit stay swollen the entire time I'm on then goes back down when I go off....
