go Mondays and Fridays @ 250 ea. this will bring you the best levels...
well thats what im doin. im doin mon morn/ thurs night - u sure it wouldnt be better E.o.d
ed injections give u best stable blood levels.imo
ive run sus always and to tell you the truth i didnt see much of a difference between 2 shots twice a week or EOD injections,,,id go for EOD the levels would be more stable this way...Quote:

I too have tried it both ways and have gotten similar results. IMO, twice a week is fine. But after trying a single ester test, I'm done with Sust. Test E is the way to go, at least for my best results.
