NEW GUYS, deca only......don't do it
now i know some of you guys new to the game are contimplating the misunderstood cycle of only deca . despite the warnings all over this board. i know the profiles on all the websites claim just deca will give you awsome gains and minimal sides. Sounds like a good choice for beginers right..........wrong!!! i was nieve enough to run it alone at 400mg wk. Couldn't stand it by wk 4 and jumped all over a nice big bottle of test . I was so lethargic running just deca that i was taking naps twice a day. i was tired all the time and felt sh88ty in the gym. I'm still new to this game, but im letting all you first timers out there know. don't do it. If your a man, then you'll love test. My sides disapeared when i added the test to my cycle. Trust me, from newbie to newbie.... test is best. dispite what the other websites and profiles say you can and will make solid gains with minimal sides running testosterone while eating right. thank me later

My first cycle I ran Deca 300mg a week for 10 weeks and gained 24 pounds of Quality muscle. Actually kept about 20 pounds.I even stopped working out for 6 month's and kept the muscle. Was more energetic, happy. Libido was stronger as well as my dick while on it. Everything effects people diffrently.

everything does effect people differently. But i think it's safe to say that running only deca isn't a wise choice. Is it worth is to risk when you can completly avoid it. Stopped working out for 6month and kept your gains you must work construction and have a perfectly clean 4000 calorie diet then

It is hard to stay energetic, happy, and erect when you have 0-10% of the normal testosterone production. although 300mgs wk is a moderate does, they say 100mg of deca can shut a man completely down. As long as members here want to spend there cycle bangin girls instead of poppin cialis just to jack off...................test is the best option

Yeah I know some people's body's cant handle it and does more hurt then good. But i was just sharing my experience. Also no i dont do construction. Didnt train for maybe close to 7 month's now that i think about it and i did soften up,prob increased my bodyfat by a few percent and when i say few i mean few,ive never been fat in the least but i did keep the weight. Also im 24 years old been working out on and off since i was 17 and didnt juice till 22 so i dont think it was that early. All im trying to say is from what I can tell with no blood work done it didnt seem to shut me down that bad at all. Now don't flame me im not super natural test man im just listing my experience. Dont be jealous. Lol j/k

Deca only worked out great for my buddy.He took it for 9 or 10 weeks , went from a solid 198 to a bulky but not fat 218 and he has kept it all and is still getting bigger and stronger even after 3 months since he stopped using it.But then again, he trains like an animal and doesnt eat like a bird.
