Cycle and injection questions

This is my first cycle. I have been natural all the way but cant grow anymore. Im 36 and about 5'9 175 and am going to try a mixed cycle of Deca and Test, my question is can I mix the two so I only have to take one shot a week? And how long should I go on my first cycle?

Deca and test can be mixed be they shoudl still be shot twice a week.
For a first cycle though you should just stick with test only at 500mg per week split into 2 shots for 12 weeks and proper pct.

One shot a week will give you uneven blood levels. This will cause an undesireable increase in side effects. As Ejuicer said you should inject Test enanthate or Test cypionate twice a week. I.E. monday morning/thursday evening. A stack is not really necessary for a first cycle. One compound will give you excellent results providing your diet, training and rest are all up to snuff.

No !

For me it takes at least 5-6 weeks for Enanthate or Cypionate to kick in and 7-8 weeks for Decanoate. One month of each would be a disaster.

A first cycle of test only would look like this:

1-12 Test Enanthate or Cypionate @ 500mg EW
15-18 Clomid @ 100mg ED
15-18 Nolva @ 20mg ED

A first cycle of test with deca would look like this:

1-14 Test Enanthate or Cypionate @ 500mg EW
1-12 Deca @ 400mg EW
1-18 Vit B-6 @ 200mg ED
17-20 Clomid @ 100mg ED
17-20 Nolva @ 20mg ED
