RE: clen and all the confusion.......

I see a ton of different posts about how to take clen and how to dose it... i'm not too sure which way to go after reading these two different things over and over again... Seems that one person says take it 2 days on 2 days off or 1 week on 1 week off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off....... and then it seems in HOOKERS post it says to take clen 6-8 weeks straight and use benadryl every 3rd week before you go to bed..... so far i've decided to do it how i read in HOOKERS clen profile... do it 8 weeks straight with the benadryl.... what do you guys think about this?

i go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks of clen, @ 80 mcg ED

I'm 2 weeks into Hookers cycle of clen, I'll let you know what the benadryl does for me.

why and what does benedryl do with taking clen. thanks

i did it for 7 weeks str8 with benadryl for 3-5 days every other week about just to be on the safe side ..worked well for me
