    only proper diet will help you gain more weight.. It sounds like you want to do this in a weeks time.. It takes time, dedication, proper training, and most important- proper DIET.. Keep eating bro and the gains will come..

    The best "full body" mass exercises is heavy bench, heavy squats, heavy deadlifts.
    I was a hardgainer for years and I'd recommend to keep eating clean, but force it down all the time, every day.You can gain quality muscle without the fat by eating clean+muscle weighs more than fat.
    Or you can pig out on everything in site and get your strengh up and worry about shedding the fat later.

    sup climber, i was in the same position starting out at 6ft 143. you can work out until you puke but the only way to gain LBS is to eat every two hours EVERY DAY. consistancy in food is the only way bro. try and eat three solid meals and a protien shake with a sandwich in between meals when your not hungry. remember to eat right before you go to bed....this is key. good luck man.
