Ive been running Var--5 weeks on, 4 weeks off, for 2 cycles now. I think my estrogen levels have gradually risen, as I have never used an Anti-E during PCT--just Tribex. I started L-dex today, kind of hard to measure out, but I believe I took .25mgs.

if var is all your taking you shouldnt need to use a-dex but it wouldnt hurt you.
are you taking nolvadex ? is the a-dex your using from ar?

Sounds like a sh1tty cycle to me bro.. but hey whatever... in this case Liquidex would be overkill.. some Tamox would be better but if all you have is L-dex then sure.. use it.. but your estrogen levels really shouldn't be too elevated with Anavar ... but whatever bro.. do what ya want.

I have used this protocol before with great success. Using VAR, I just never anticipated the Estrogen accumulation. but it makes sense--being shutdown itself increases estrogen, and although I recovered my testosterone , each time my estrogen levels climbed higher and higher....

No big deal, just notice some water retention, and a TINY (maybe I am imagining) bump in my left nipple--and my nipples in general appear puffy. i began using Ldex so I hope this will help. (i also noticed my BF levels have increased slightly.)

if you notice a lump i would say effe the L-dex and buy some letrozole ... but hey thats just me..

not sure if I am imaginging the lump. I have never used aromatizing steroids though, and I have never used anti-e's. Never had estrogen problems before, but it makes sense.
