Ok, I hate be a asshole but do this first:

    1. Put your question in the post title not "question"
    2. Dont type in all caps
    3. Put this in the supplements forum
    4. List what supplements you are taking
    5. Do you honestly think alcohol is going to help you gain muscle?

I know that drinking is bad, and i know it doesn't do any good. My friend is on a cycle right know and he is drinking 2 nights a week at bowling. Know his work out and his diet is good except the drinking. I just wanted some info to try to scare him. He thinks that it doesn't effect the amount of muscle he will gain. thats my question obviously it tears up your kidneys and liver. But does it effect the amount of muscle you will gain. He is taken 300 eq weekly, and sus 250 weekly.
