Very First Cycle
Goal is Lean Muscle Mass, and trim current 21% bodyfat. Competitive rower here, so most of my muscle weights are on my leg.
Wk1-25g Anavar
Wk2-50g Anavar
Wk3-25g Anavar + Sust 250
Wk4-25g Anavar + Sust 250
Wk5-25g Anavar + Sust 250
Wk6-25g Anavar + Sust 250
Wk7-25g Anavar + Winstrol Depot (50x2)
Wk8-25g Anavar + Winstrol Depot (50x2)
Wk9-25g Anavar + Winstrol Depot (50x2)
Wk10-25g Anavar + Winstrol Depot (50x2)
PCT: Clomid
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I'm starting this Saturday. Do I need
to bring down my rowing training?

thats not even a cycle....and if you're 21% bodyfat like you say you are....you need to lose some weight first before even thinking about steroids

thats not a good cycle at all mate,not flamin but you should really diet and lose some bf before you use roids otherwise you will not see the gains!

Also, post some more stats-size, age, how long lifting, and goals. I can tell you straight up I do not reccommend sust on a first cycle-IMO-stick with a single ester test, e or cyp. And I don't think anyone pyramids their gear anymore, doesn't work.

not pretty bro, 4 weeks of sust, a waste IMO and sust is not a first timer Test, stick with a one ester Test like Enan or Cyp. IMO the first time out should only consist of Test, no orals, and see how you react. And I see you have only been lifting for 6 months...I waited almost 6 YEARS of hardcore lifting before I considered a cycle. Lose the BF and get way more time in the gym bro.God I get tired of saying this same shit. RESEARCH MORE!!

Any cycle you run will be far more ffective with a lower bodyfat %. Try reaching 15%. Deit and cardio will be the key to this. Then think about running some AS.
Its also very clear you need to do some more research. Run a Test only cycle for a first time. Single, long estered Test such as, Enan or Cyp injected 2x per week. Run for 12 weeks.
