so than what should i use if i am not cool with injecting right now...like another supplement that maybe i can put on like 15 pounds with or rather forget weight gain just need to get stronger..I play basbeall and we have a lifting season coming up I am trying to gain 2-3 mph so i was told to get stronger and find something that would get me able to do that.....please help

i would just suggest speed camp training maybe u should get with a someoe who runs track an train with them that what i did when i need fast 40yrd times and it worked alot better than anything u will get here
