    up 7.5 pounds in 4 days?

    Is this possible? Apparently so!!! I am on a bulk, which consist of test en 600wk/10wks, eq 400wk/10 wks, dbol 40mgs week 1-4, post clomid....

    I started this cycle on Monday, at 200 lbs, and I am a hair underneath 208 as of today Thurs. My diet consist of around 3800-5000 calories.....70% carbs, 20-25% protein, 5-10% fat respectfully......

    my workout consisit of exactly what bigkevs is, props to him, but I encorporated a different neck workout....

    very possible, take into consideration water/fat weight. It ight not be all quality muscle, but thats a normal for me when I'm on. whats your cycle like? are you kick starting with dbol ?

    kick starting with dbol , and i am drinking about 1.5 gallons per day of water....

    Sounds good "Natural." The first time I took test, I had gained close to 20lbs in the first 4wks w/o taking any dbol , so you're probably like me and just responding really well to it. Glad your cycle is going well. Keep us posted bro

    Since very little of the enth or eq has been released it has to be just about all water weight from the dbol and 1.5 gallons water. You taking creatine at all?

    I know water is good to drink alot. But how is milk? When I was on my cycle I was drinking a gallon of skim milk a day. Does that have a much different effect that water? I was drinking 1/2gallon of water a day. The milk was good for extra protien and carbs. Please answer me, I didnt want to start a new thread on this question, thanks guys

    in my 2nd week up from 200 to 211, incredible pumps.....it eems I want to do situps and pushups in my sleep!!!!
