how to start winstrol (beginner)?

I am planing to take winstrol , how the cycle should be and how long i need to take them?
what are the other suplement that i need to be add in, with this cycle?
Do i need to take it oral or stringe?

My body weight=75kg
height=176cm
How to go on in the training while in this cycle.
Please advise me...

the oral version is more toxic so go with injections but if u only weigh 75 kg then u shouldnt even be doin gear u probably r no were near ur peak muscle mass. but i suggest do a cycle for 6 to 8 weeks 50mg eod. ur trainng routine should be heavy and intense push urself to the limit but keep proper form. for a diet just eat healthy lots of protein and carbs.

i personally think you should use it as a stack...do a test enanthate cycle at 500mg a week for 12 weeks and use winny the last 6 weeks at 50ed...my 02cents.

if this is your first which at second look, im sure it is...just do the test..you will get very good results.

If you are going to use it go with depot (the injectable). If its not in stack, and sometimes even if it is, your joints will be ruined.

yup, def don't run winny by itself. if you do decide to take the winny orally make sure you get some milk thistle to block the toxins from gettin to your liver.
