If the feds want to find you...they will. The PO will have to hand over your details if asked by the feds surely.

You can always get busted if engaged in illegal activities. There might be some legal details advantageous when using a PO box tho (like no search warrant for your house granted).

Most people use false IDs to open PO boxes for this purpose and get into even more trouble and raise suspicion to improve chances of getting busted.

I use a P.O. box just so I have privacy at home. my kids get excited whenever a package arrives. They don't need to know all my bussiness. As far as the law goes, like everyone said, If your gettin busted, your gettin busted. That po wont help sheet.

    Here's my 2 cents...
Send it to the house...As far as I know they have to send notice to you that they have a package held in customs. Just don't go to pick it up or respond to the letter in any way.

customs has to send a letter, i got a whole file of em'...this is what you do, have it sent to your house, when you get the pack or packs, set them on your table and write "return to sender" on it, leave it there for a few days, if they come, you havn't opened it, you didn't order anything and you were going to send it back because you don't know what it is. If they don't show after a few day's , and they probaly won't, open and hide it untill you use it. SAFETY FIRST!!

Read the book Legal Muscle. The return to sender trick doesnt always work.

i do it everytime, if you happen to get popped, a good attorney will get you off IMO. I guess it does depend on what state your in too, and the packs don't come in my real name, but i try and keep it close to my real name, so the mailman still delivers, but it's not my name, like for instance...John Doe would be John Doers. Now I don't guarantee if something happens you won't see time, but you got a hell of a case if you take these simple measures.
