Benadryl and ephedra

I know clen loses its effectiveness after about 2 weeks and benadryl is necessary to be taken every third week to upgrade your receptors. Does the same hold true when taking an ephedra based fat burner?

First I heard about Benedryl, I will have to try that.

I use it the same with Ephedra as I would with Clen.. E3W for a week

how much in mg's do u use?!

I take 50 (2 pills).. It knocks me out so I sleep great :aaGreen22

Thanks Jerzey, does benadryl keep the ephedra effective when taking for an extended period? I seem to build a tolerance quickly to ephedra.

Yes, it's supposed to work the same as it would for clen.. however, I'm like you and I get use to it so fast that I just use it before workouts (not as a fat burner) and take benadryl the days I use it so I can sleep better (I workout evenings)... Even with benadryl, I get burnt out on Ephedra...

I try to only use it 4-5 days a week too..
