    T3 Dosing Important

    Does it matter if you take all the squirts of t3 in the morning or should it be spread out through the day?

    I take mine all at once in the A.M. (on empty).... but I take low doses.

    No; 35-50mcg. I stopped just the other day because my diet/training is starting to slip, and don't want to run it when I'm not lifting hard. Just personal preference. Will probably lay off it til around late fall.
