i have been on cycle for 13 weeks now. i have 2 more weeks to go. cycle was as follows:
1-4 dbol 30mg ed
1-12 400mg deca
1-15 500 mg test e
just had my blood pressure checked and it was 147/78....
is that bad??? isn't 120/80 "normal"? if so how bad is 147/80?
well............it depends on YOUR normal BP....for me, 147/78 while on cycle is not that bad....i do cardio while on, and it helps out my BP
120/80 is considered normal. Did you relax before measuring your blood pressure. Sometimes stress and previous physical activity can increase your numbers. I believe 140/80 is considered mild hypertension (could be wrong on that one).
hypertension is 140+/90+
yeah the first time i took it i had just come back from the gym and i almost had a stroke when it read 178/82... then i relaxed a little while and took it 3 times in a row each time it was 147/78...Quote:
