ok im done with my first cycle have 3 weeks before i start PCT. i had a question about my upcomming cycle. ill be running supertest, tren e, and winstrol . just have a few questions for that.

1. winstrol is to be ran the last 4 weeks of a 13 week cycle correct?
2. i should not add the tren e till week4 or 5?
3. the supertest should ed injection to get best use of the prop?
4. tren E should be eod or longer?
5. also i finished the sust, tren a, and masteron cycle is clom. all i need or should i get nolva as well?

I like to run it the last 4 to 6 weeks of a cycle, including the weeks while waiting for the longer esters to clear.
2. i should not add the tren e till week4 or 5?
Tren E is a long ester and should be started the first week IMO
3. the supertest should ed injection to get best use of the prop?
ED or EOD
4. tren E should be eod or longer?
Twice weekly for Tren E
5. also i finished the sust, tren a, and masteron cycle is clom. all i need or should i get nolva as well?
I like to use both clomid and nolva. Hcg too if the cycle is longer that 12 weeks, Just don't run HCG and clomid at the same time.

1-10 Tren E @ 400mg EW
11-16 Winstrol @ 50mg ED

15-16 HCG
17-20 Clomid
17-20 Nolva

I've heard that the supertest is underdosed, never tried it myself.

now what are u condidering a week when it comes to cycle? 5 days or 7 days. im sorry really stupid question just never have had that answered before thanks

i just wanted to clear up the week question, ive never heard is asked so i just wanted to make sure and yes i know how many days are in a week, and a host of other information i just wanted to make sure that a steriod cycle week was seven days, kinda like a work week is 5 days for most human beings. catch the dif? and i didnt know any better then to run tren the first cycle but i figured since i already did it it cant hurt the second time. but i understand my mistake from the first cycle. hence me asking questions now to make sure i dont make any more mistakes.

I based by test recomendation on the assumption that supertest is underdosed. I have read several times that this is the case, however having never tried supertest myself I cannot say definitively. And as should always be the case, any recomendations given by me should be adapted to the individuals needs and should be considered a general guideline or starting point and not necessarly carved in granite.
