Clen Half-life?

If you were going to take clen at 100mcgs a day would you take it in the morning? And would you break up the doses? Aslo u need turaine how many mg?ANd do u need to take any other over the counter drug with it? thanks

I take it every 2-3 hrs up to 120mcg/day. Take taurine in the range of 4-5 g/daily. You can only run it for 2 weeks without down regulating your beta 2 receptors so you either have to take two weeks off or ev 3rd week take Benadryl for one week to up regulate your receptors.

Clen 's half life is like 7 hours, I wouldn't take it all at once because it isn't needed. I take mine 3x a day the taurine you should take at night @500mg

I take clen twice a day once in the am and once after lunch I also take my taurine with my clen

Good post, but...I like the "Profile" better than the "Handbook".

It will be clear why you should use at LEAST two doses daily.

If cramping begins use 500mgs of L-Taurine and it should be eliminated.
Some people do need to go higher, but 4-5gms. is excessive. Start with nothing and increase by 500mgs as needed.

I posted the handbook cause I felt we were dealing with someone who needed a generic understanding........ I didnt want to overload him with info....... but yes that profile by hooker is awsome

I figured it was somthing like that. He's awfully small to be in the Steroid Forum, maybe the AR Lounge in little cot would be more comfortable. Just kidding Cruise.

The half life is 7-9hrs, but it should be dosed every 3.5-4.5 hours for optimal usage. Just visit the "Clen Profile" and "Handbook" as suggested earlier.
