    ive never done gh so i cant tell ya..
    but a few guys i know when they are on gh they can eat crap food(mcdonalds ect.) and not put on any fat..

    I disagree no matter what you are on weither it be an G#C product Steriod or HGH diet is one of the most important factors to gain healthy lean muscle mass and keep it.

    My last cycle:
    prop 100 mg ED weeks 1-25
    EQ 150mg EOD weeks 1-21

    I really liked this cycle, very easy to come off as well. I really believe that EQ is more effective in longer cycles.

    I did it, and my first cycle was

    30mg DBOL wks 1-4
    400mg EQ wks 1-10
    500mg Test-E wks 1-10

    PCT was Clomid, no Nolvadex until the end...

    I went from 176 to 209 cause I ate everything in sight....got the pics if you wanna call it.

    DEEZUHL, out of curiosity, what did you start out with when you first 'started the game'? in terms of bf% and when you decided to begin...you sound alot like myself.

    I started out at 26% bf and did a winny only cycle along with 6 days cardio , diet and weight training. I dropped to 17% in under 7 weeks. Then the next cycle i did was test e and winny.. dropped down to 12% bf. 3rd cycle i did test e, eq and tren e and maybe dropped 1% bf if not same but put on clean weight. im going to work on getting into the elusive single digit bf% this next cycle. before the 1st cycle i never lifted a weight in my life. Unless you count those heave double 1/4 lb'ers from mickey d's as weights..LOL
