ok the first one was d/bol-test e(500 per wk)-12 wks, my skinny ass
went from 155 to 178-got bitch slapped by some serious personal probs
and lost about 10lbs during pct, ive been eating my ass off and got most of it back, so here i am good to go again
wk 1-16 --500 or 750 test e per wk
wk 1-14 --400 0r 500 eq per wk
standard pct
i have a super fast metabolism and not sure if i should up the doses
