yoooo...im taking test e right now, 500 mg /week...i really wanna throw some deca in, im only about to go onto my 2 week...i was gonna take the deca weeks 3-11 or 12...i have heard i should take about 400mg of deca a week.,....does this sound like too much??> or should i take less?
is this your first cycle? If so, just do test only and save deca for next time

400 is fine, just keep it lower than the test dosage, but you really shouldve started at the same time as the test. You'd have to run it for at least 10 weeks, preferabbly 12

im running my test 500 week and 300 deca. but thats up to you. i also have dbol at 30 mg ed for 4 weeks.
if i were to run it at 300 mg a week, is that too little to where i wont notice real good gains?? or should i go ahead and go for 400mg?
gains are all dependant on diet and training, not how much of a certain compound you take
id go for 300mg

You dont need to do 2 shots with deca its a long ester one shot will sufffice
