Gyno HELP!

I have had symptoms of Gyno for probably about 3 to 4 weeks now. My nipples are puffy and I have rocks under my nipples. I went to the doctor and he told me there was nothing I could take or do to get rid of this besides time. 5 days ago I started taking Nolva 70mg ED and plan on continuing it until symptoms subside. I was wondering if taking letro with this to get rid of my gyno was necessary, or anything else. I'm not sure if this Nolva is working or not yet. Thanks for all the help in advance!

80mg nolvadex keep taking the same amount if not gone after two weeks continue on with 80mg till gone.

Will this gyno go away by just using Nolva? I'm trying to save cash and if it is worth buying some letro I will buy it...How much letro should I take if it is mandatory?

The nolva should eliminate it, keep at it. From my understanding it is already too late for Letro because it is used for stopping gyno from occuring in the first place, while Nolva on the other hand is used once gyno occurs.
