hi lads just off cycle of sus 250 500 wk 2 wks out now and trained on friday but still sore today is this normal.didnt av this trouble while on . cheers john

Very normal.You need to cut back on intensity while recovering.My muscles feel like mush if I train them hard at PCT.Train,but don't train like you're still on cycle.Remember your Test levels haven't begun to fully rebound yet.So recovery after training while on PCT is tough.Quote:
