new to steroids
i am 21 138 6'3"
this is what i have got so far
eq not as good as deca in gains but eq but you will keep them yes or no
run 300-400mg of eq yes or no
2+gallons of water a day yes or no
what is anti estrogen but they say take nolva though the whole cycle @ 20mg
yes or no
why is Post Cycle Terapy PCT for
what are other things i need to take with eq
are there things to take to lessen the effects of the steroid

im not trying to be a dick but i want to point out all this for your bodys sake..
1. your only 21 and you still have a lot of natural test. being produced through your body. dont need to go on steroids till your like 25 ish.
2. seeing your stats at 6'3 138. i mean its kind of obvious you dont have a lot of weight lifting expierence under your belt. so therefore hit the gym for a few years and EAT alot and reach your potential then consider steroids.
3. Do all of your research. if you do ur research it will tell in this site what to take with what and when.
4. anti estrogen is what keeps u from getting B* tits, bloating etc.
5. 2 + gallons of water a day? are you trying to see how many times you can pee in one day?
you dont need steroids at all now bro.... this is what you need
1. mutivitamin (not centrum)
2. Eat 5-6 meals a day consuming 10 cals per pound of body weight and 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
3. a workout schedule which is available on this site.
4. Amino Acids for the digestion of proteins.
5. a Pre-Workout drink (BSN No-X plode)
and that is all ... your body will thank you

look bro i know exactly where you are coming from...i was 6'3'' and weighed 150lbs...it took me years to get up to 190lbs naturally i could have done it faster but i was playing basketball everyday not eating enough and smoking pot and cigs on and off...so i have been there...
i started drinkin whole mile 5 big glasses everyday, eating pasta and tuna and lifting weights working each body part only once a week...i was working each body part 3 times a week..no no no when i trained less i gained more, and i ate more..dude just eat every fukin thing you can get your hands on, it will be alright if you add a little fat because with your metabolism you will have no prob loosing it later, get cytogainer or nlarge2 and take that 3 tiems a day with your regular food, dont just take weight gainer and then skip your regular meals..its hard bro and i know its hard..but like i said i was where your at right now eat 6-7 times a day make a planner do what ever you have to do, stop all the cardio or whatever but for gods saek eat like its your job...

and get on some creatine..the gnc brand actually doesnt hurt my stomach and i mix it with my weight gainer..you cant do juice until your at least 180-190 im sorry..

yes but guys look at his genetics, 138 @ 6'3", phew, lift for a few years then hit the j hard man, and reasearch those few natural years

But for this guy, 6'3 and 138lbs sounds like he's never lifted a weight in his life. Eat and train like a freak and you might just become one.

6'3 138, that is just scary. Look into the diet forum for bulking. You are obviously not eating enough.

That's sickly skinny at that height. I thought I use to be skinny at 185 at 6"4. Naturally I was able to get to 230 before I juiced. That's 45 pounds without any enhancing drugs so I'm sure you can do it also.

I was ANOREXIC at 154 lbs. and 6'1".
You at 6'3" 138 is ridiculous.
The only cycle you should think about is a bicycle!!!
