necessary to workout right after hgh shot?

was wondering if it mattered if i waited a few hours after i shot my gh to workout. usually shoot around 9:30, workout about 1. how long after I shoot should I wait to eat, I've just been hearing alot about taking it on an empty stomach and then not eating for an hour. thanks bros

hGh once injected into your body half life is about 1.5 hours. It does not matter if its on an empty stomach or not. This is what Pharmacy manufacture told me.
