Hey, Im 5"10 and weigh about 215 and have more body fat than i want esspecially around the abs. I want to bulk up without having so much water retention so Im considering stacking test with winstrol maybe. Suggestions are greatly apprieciated. Thanks
no drugs will clean up your diet and do cardio for you. you'll be amazed in 8 weeks what an awesome diet and 30 min cardio every day will do for you. its a better stack than any drug.
thats the stack that i have waiting for me.....you'll get a lot of replies from people telling you to not use winstrol however. just make sure you eat properly and work out hard and you'll be fine. eat often but smart. PROTEIN!!!
Yea, i can admit that my diet is horrible. What do you suggest a good daily diet be?
