    B-12 performance.

I am a long distance runner looking to add some supplements. I have looked at EPO but have found no way to obtain it and it is very pricey. In endurance, RBC are important and I have read that B-12 boosts their production. Some say it does absolutely nothing while others claim it works. What is the overall consensus on B-12 and will it help me have more energy/be able to train longer and harder. Is it like a very weak and short term EPO boost? Does B-12 last hours, days, or weeks? Thanks for answering any questions and PM me if you don't want to post in regard to B-12 or EPO.

I cant say much for energy, Vit C does more for me in energy than B12. That being said I like to use B12 for hunger, as stated above it doesnt necessarily make me hungrier but i can always seem to finish everything and dont get as full so I can eat more.

I have a friend that is BIG TIME into triatholon, he has comppleted four IronMan's in fact, and he uses b12 for all of the reasons posted above.. EPO boost, energy boost, appetite stimulate, just an all around great anitoxidant. He swears by 1000mcgs ed (injectable using a slinpin) I don't have any facts of studies on it, but like i said, he swears by it..

It's not a wonder drug if thats what you are wondering. Try 1000mcgs. I like it, but there is no major changes in my mood. I may a little more.

So in reality, the only true endurance booster is EPO? I've heard of a few others, but they also seem to come with something that is terrible for running like leg cramps/pains, short of breath or coughing sometimes, or something else.

Anadrol is a good choice. It will increase your red blood cell count and I've read about endurance athletes using it.

    read the equipoise profile.
its a lean bulking AAS used in place of deca , but EQ has one of the msot pronounced RBC increases of any drugs. and it doens't decrease endurance like tren .

In using Eq for endurance training, how much would you say that this would help a hemocrit level? EPO is evading my reach so i'm looking for alternatives...also, i don't want "suppressed hormones"...i'm a tested guy so "test" is out of the question. How bad are these affects and is the endurance gain worth it?
