    Clen and Taurine

    do you only take the Taurine at 3-5 grams for the 2 weeks your on CLen .

    Have you experienced cramps while on it? Ive never had to take taurine while on clen .

    i start to take it a week b4 i start the clen at 2 grams a day, then while im on the clen then i stop when i stop the clen. TABLETS ARE MASSIVE I NEARLY CHOKE EVERY TIME.

    take taurine a week before, i got the powder kind so i can just mix it with my drinks.
    as far as the cramps go, potassium is what you should take, i dont find that it helps me much and iwas getting bad charlie horses
    i then started to take calcium and magnesium, along with my multivitamen and they've gone away


    p.s. i did the two weeks of clen , a lot of the guys on this site dont reccomend it and i dont either (after a bad rebound)

    Would you suggest doing 2 days on 2 days off insted. If so how long do you do this for. Also my wife plans on taking it also , what is a good starting dose for females and males. I thing the ones that I have coming are the Hub??? 40mcg pills.

    taurine, for me, is key w/ clen or else I cramp up bad.

    I never had a prob going 2 wks on clen.

    for males, start at 20mcgs, and work up to what ur body can handle (120-140). not sure for females.

    120mcg is highest i go, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with ECA when off works fine for me, i also take VIT b12 and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. females should only take up to 100 mcgs aday. start off on as low as pos and pyramid up till you find what you can handle, usually when i start shaking i stop there, you can also pyramid up and down it is not law to do so but i like to do it.

    DAY 1=1 tab
    DAY 2=2 tab
    DAY 3 =3 tab
    DAY 4=4 tab
    DAY 5 = 5 tab
    DAY6=6 tab
    DAY7=6 tab
    DAY8=6 tab
    DAY9=6 tab
    then back down till off. my tabs are 20 mcgs.
