help with pm

can anyone help me figure out why i cant private message anyone, it tells my i dont have a privilage or something. thnx

Did u enable the option in the user control panel?

i searched all through the controll panal, didn't see anything about private messeging.
when i try to pm it says
thndrgod33, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I think you need a certain amount of posts before you're able to use PMing.
