Quick question. Nolva.

If i'm planning to take my first shot of test e tomorow, will it be a good choice to start taking nolva today (the day before your first shot)? Maybe it doesnt matter.

I'm taking 20mg ed throughout the whole cycle.

Start it when you start your cycle, taking it a day early wont make a difference.

lots of guys run it 10 or 20 ed regardless...i keep it on hand on start it if i feel anything...then run it through the course...but ya you can wait till after your first shot to start it

You might not need the Nolvadex at all, so you certainly don't need to start it before your first injection.

IMHO, 20mg ED is overkill unless you have shown symptoms of gyno in previous cycles and found that you need it.

Play it safe, take 20mg ED during your cycle. You do not want to have to deal with gyno (if it devolops) after your cycle is over with.

I wouldnt recommend nolva unless you know your esto sensetive. I dont get gyno sides, like many others... Let estro work for you when bulking, and if you feel the slightest ithcy/sore nipples, start the novla at 20mg ED till sides are gone. This "prevention" dose is a waste to me, may hinder gains, but does have a posotive effect on blood lipids. I personally dont put any more drugs in my body than absolutely necessary at any given time...
