    question about my cycle

    im currently on 450mg of test e/week along with 400mg of eq/week
    im just kind of worried because i start week 5 tomorrow and i havent gained a pound yet
    is it normal for this stuff to not be working fully by this point?
    i mix the eq and test in the same syringe and inject mondays and thuirsdays, could this be a problem?
    i am also taking 60mg of nolva ed to control a pre existing case of gyno
    i have read that nolva can hinder gains but that only affects the amount of water weight u put on and not the amount of muscle u build
    anyone?

    mixing them in the same syringe isn't the problem.
    How much are u eating?

    i would think you would of gained something by now. just from all the eating that your SUPPOSE to be doing. but i guess the next couple weeks will tell, i dont know, is your source reliable?

    yeah my source is 100% real thats out of the question, im eating quite a bit, heres my diet
    Meal 1 – 8 am
    Protein shake w/ water
    8 egg whites
    Half cup of oatmeal (before cooking) w/ yogurt
    1 piece of whole grain bread w/ peanut butter
    Train from 830 am-10 am
    Meal 2- 10 am, post workout
    Protein shake w/ water
    Gatorade w/ creatine
    Meal 3- 10:45 am
    1 can of tuna
    1.5 cups (before cooking) whole wheat pasta
    Meal 4- 1:15 pm
    Grilled chicken breast
    Large bowl of rice
    Meal 5- 3:30 pm
    Protein bar
    500mls of skim milk
    Meal 6- 5:45 pm
    1 can of tuna and a large bowl of rice
    Meal 7- 8 pm
    1 can of tuna
    1 piece of toast w/ peanut butter
    Meal 8- 10:30 pm
    1 cup no fat cottage cheese w/ two yogurts mixed in

    How many cycles is this?
    If you are eating right you should have seen some gains. How about strength? Test e usually kicks in 4-6 weeks and EQ about 8 weeks but everyone is diff.

    yeah that really isnt that much food, its good that your spreading it out over the day, but i would bmup up the amounts, 1 can of tuna, isnt that much food, id try and get in atleast 4 meals with over 60grams of protein!

    okay well i calculated that stuff out to being about 350 g of protein and weighing a pretty lean 200 lbs i thought that would be enough
    i think i will go eat something else

    Eq does not take 8 weeks to kick in bro. I'm on eq now and I can tell u that it always kicks in hard around week 4..
    If it's good eq you should feel real hungry by the end of week 3. Also look for vacularity gains and good pumps.

    Your calories may not be that high, your carbs may not be that high either, remember that also counts!

    Yeup Im on it too, and I remember in week 3 I was dying of hunger every 30 minutes. I would eat a huge plate of food, and literally 20-30min later I would be hungry again, as if I hadnt eaten anything

    ive gotten a little bit more vascularity, and im gettin the sweats, increased libido and a lot of extra hair growing on me from the test
    i dont really feel that hungry, but i can eat and eat without getting full

    You are definately right about the hunger. I meant more in the lines of results sorry for the misconception. I was hungry as hell after week 2 when I took EQ but didnt see any of the other effects til later in the cycle.

    If the EQ is legit, you should be feeling hungry literally "all" the time. Not just that you can eat a lot of food. It may be kicking in for you now.

    ive seemed to have gained muscle
    because my calves were 16.5 pumped before i started this and now they are 17 and a bit without a pump
    my arms were also 16.5 before the cycle unpumped and now they are 17 and a bit without a pump
    i made these gains but i dont understand why i havent gone up in weight?

    i feel a bit bigger and stronger, just not anywhere near the kinda gains other people i know have been gettin on cycles

    i was figurin id blow up on this cycle because its pretty much my first full course cycle that isnt m1t
    i tried sust/deca and dbol last year but the sust iw as usin after week 4 was fake so i called it quits around week 6 and then 2 weeks into my pct i tore my pec tendon right off

    you just gotta eat more..sounds like it's working but more food will = better results. Up your cals.

    Ditto, Eq is usually in every cycle I do...it kicks in week 3 for me...appetite like skyrockets, if it aint nailed down, i'm eating it!! I'd say week 4 and you'll know your on EQ! And sammerthehammer I'd hate to tell ya this but my 9 year old son eats more bro....get your diet in check, up those cals and protein. FOOD=MASS YOU'LL BE FINE THEN!!

    I was wonder about a cycle i am getting on, i am going to be Stacking Test Cyp 125mg a week (Theraputic Dosages) and Eq 300mg a week with Avodart and Nolvadex PCT. I don't want to lose my hair thats why i am taking the 125mg week. How much avodart should i take in order to inhibit my DHT? And what is the Maximum amount of Test Cyp i can take in order to stay at low Dosages? Thanks.

    okay i constructed a diet based on the "how to bulk" sticky on here in the diet forum
    i made a few changes due to availability of some of the food but its pretty close
    here it is
    Meal 1 – 8 am
    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
    Train from 830 am-10 am--protein bar while working out
    30g protein/ 23g carbs/ 8g fat

    Meal 2- 10 am, post workout
    2 Scoops Whey Protein / (in water)
    500 mls of Gatorade w/ creatine
    banana
    40g protein / 60-70g carbs / 0g fat
    Meal 3- 10:45 am
    Can of tuna, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup of broccoli w/cheese slice on it

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

    Meal 4- 1:15 pm
    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat

    Meal 5- 3:30 pm
    1 Can of Tuna,4 slices of sandwich meat, 1 tbsp peanut butter, broccoli w/ cheese slice on it

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

    Meal 6- 5:45 pm
    1 can of tuna w/ two fat free cheese slices,1.5 cups of whole wheat pasta

    50g protein / 64g carbs / 3g fat

    Meal 7- 8 pm
    1 can of tuna w/ protein shake w/ milk, 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 16g fat

    Meal 8- 10:30 pm
    1 cup cottage cheese w/ two yogurts, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    40g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

    I would eat more carbs than that personally, I eat upwards of 800g of carbs a day off season.
