to reduce the amount of water retention?
I am thinking of doing a 12 week course of sus only, but I don’t want to hold / gain that much water. I’ve heard of people taking stuff (whether supplements or another AS) that helps to keep water retention down to a minimum.
Have you heard of this and if so what is it and how effective is it and what dou you suggest to take?
