How long to wait between cycles?

I'm sorry to ask a question that has probably been asked a million times, but I cannot find the answers cos the search engine won't search as the words are too common.

How long do you take off between cycles? 16 weeks? The same length as the previous course duration? When does the break start - the day of last jab or when PCT has finished?

Rule of thumb is Time on=Time off. But in reality it is determined by your blood tests. Once back to normal you could theorhetically go back on again.

Also blood test big important, you could be off twice as long as you were on and if your liver values haven't returned to normal it wouldn't be wise to cycle.

So 12 weeks on = 12 weeks off, right?

When does the "off" start - last jab or once your nat. test is back?

True, 12 off=12 on. However, it would also be wise to not go back on until your natty test is back to normal. But, with proper PCT, your natty test should already be back to normal by that time. And the answer to your other question-time off starts AFTER PCT is through.

Most go from first stab to the end of pct as being time on, once again, recovery can only truly be noted by bloodworkups.

bloodwork is the way to go if you are able to do that, if not then time off=time on.
